Chuẩn bị nguyên liệu. Cà rốt thì tỉa 5 rãnh rồi cắt lát để thành bông hoa năm cánh nhé. Bạn nhớ gọt vỏ củ dền trước khi cắt. Ngoài ra, súp lơ xanh cần được cắt nhỏ vừa ăn. Ngâm miến. Nếu bạn kĩ hơn có thể trụng miến qua nước sôi để loại bớt bụi bẩn và nhanh mềm.
Bắc 1 nồi nước, rửa sườn non rồi bỏ vào nồi hầm. Miến sau khoảng 5 phút ngâm đã mềm thì vớt ra để ráo. Khi nước sôi bạn nhớ vớt bọt ra để nước trong nhé.
Cho lần lượt cà rốt, củ dền và súp lơ vào nồi (theo nguyên tắc: loại nào mau chín thì bỏ sau).
Các loại củ đã mềm thì bạn cho miến vào, Miến rất nhanh chín nên bạn cần đảo nhanh tay rồi tắt bếp. Nhớ nêm gia vị cho món ăn hoàn chỉnh nha!
Trình bày ra tô hoặc chén rồi nhâm nhi thôi. Một nồi thế này mình múc ra được 2 tô bự.
