Mùa mưa bắt đầu với cảm giác lạnh lạnh ngay từ những cơn gió, mình liền có cái cảm giác thèm ăn gì đó nóng nóng cay cay nhưng lại lười đi ra hàng quán, mà trời mưa thì không tiện cho shipper giao đồ. Vậy nên món mì cay siêu tốc ra đời tận dụng hết tất cả những gì có sẵn trong tủ lạnh nhà mình.
Rửa sạch cải thảo, cắt khúc. Hành lá rửa sạch cắt khúc khoảng 1cm. Cắt xéo xúc xích, cắt khoanh hoặc khối vuông đậu hũ, cắt hạt lựu phô mai.
Cho 1,2L nước vào nồi nấu nước sôi. Nước sôi cho các gói gia vị vào nồi ( trừ gói rau) và kim chi. Đun sôi và cho cá viên vào nấu khoảng 5 phút. Sau đó cho cải thảo vào đun đến khi sôi lại. Nêm nếm bằng hạt nêm và đường cho vừa miệng.
Cho mì vào nồi nấu đến khi mì nở (khoảng 2 phút) thì cho xúc xích, phô mai bò cười, gói rau và hành lá vào đảo đều, nấu thêm 2 phút rồi tắt bếp.
Cho mì ra tô, xếp kim chi, cải thảo, cá viên, xúc xích và đậu hũ lên phía trên, chan nước và bạn đã có ngay 1 tô mì cay siêu tốc thơm ngon. Mì cay siêu tốc độc đáo, rất vừa miệng, ăn vào mùa mưa làm ấm người và hấp dẫn.
