Súp bông cải xanh (súp lơ xanh) đẹp mắt, ngon miệng, dùng để làm món khai vị hoặc món chính với bánh mì giòn đều ngon cả. Lâu lâu, hãy thay đổi thực đơn cho bé bằng món ăn này nhé! Nếu ai ăn chay thì có thể thay nước dùng bằng nước luộc rau củ và bơ bằng dầu ăn thường.

Bông cải xanh rửa sạch, tách nhánh và cắt miếng vừa ăn. Hành tây bóc vỏ, bằm nhỏ. Cần tây băm nhỏ. Tỏi bóc vỏ, bằm nhuyễn.

Cho bơ vào nồi, bật lửa trung bình. Khi bơ đã tan hết thì cho cần tây, tỏi và hành tây vào xào khoảng 5-7 phút đến khi hành tây mềm và chuyển màu trong.

Cho bông cải xanh vào nồi. Đổ nước dùng ngập xâm xấp bông cải, giảm xuống lửa vừa, đậy nắp nồi và đun khoảng 5-7 phút đến khi bông cải chín mềm nhưng không bị ngả màu úa vàng. Dùng máy xay cầm tay hoặc máy xay sinh tố xay nhuyễn hỗn hợp thành soup. Nêm nếm thêm muối và tiêu tùy theo khẩu vị.
