Khổ qua bỏ ruột, rửa sạch cắt khúc, bạn có thể cắt thành lát mỏng như vậy nấu sẽ nhanh hơn nhé. Thịt gà rửa sạch, cắt miếng nhỏ vừa ăn, ướp với chút muối, hạt nêm, gốc hành lá băm nhuyễn.
